The iFilmGroup International Film Festival follows in the values and mission of iFilmGroup. iFilmGroup is a multi-generational relationship building and mentoring group within the independent movie industry. The vision of the group is to network the different generations of people skills and talents within the movie industry with different generations as they transition their journey of life.
iFilmGroup incorporates group mentoring programs where participants learn and instruct others as they become skilled. Also, iFilmGroup teaches and supports students from local universities/colleges and high schools. Students from these campuses range from actors and crew.
iFilmGroup promotes sharing knowledge within our programs, training, and workshops. Through this festival, iFilmGroup hopes to continue to allow filmmakers of all ages to learn and grow in filmmaking while being able to showcase the creative projects and endeavours they are creating.

The 2023 iFilmGroup International Film Festival- iFilmGroup Mentorship Award goes to Afsaneh Aghanezhad and Vali Bagheri, the co-directors of the film “For… Child Never Born".
iFilmGroup has selected Afsaneh Aghanezhad and Vali Bagheri, to win the iFilmGroup mentorship award for their work on “For… Child Never Born". The iFilmGroup team and the iFGiff selection committee feel that these co-directors embody the true heart of iFilmGroup’s core values and are proud to have them win this award.
